We define personal information as information that can be linked to a specific individual (e.g. name, address, phone number, e-mail address or any other information provided to us by members or website users). AFER will occasionally exchange personal information with other organizations through promotions, partnerships or otherwise. You do not have to share any personal information to use the AFER website, and we do not collect personally identifiable information without your permission. We do at times link to other websites, and AFER cannot control and is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of those sites.

We use IP addresses to help analyze trends, administer the site, track user movements and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Tax-deductible charitable contributions made to the American Foundation for Equal Rights website are irrevocable. If there are extenuating circumstances, please email immediately and we will review your case individually.
